The current version of RenoScribe is designed to work without an account or saved project data.
Calculator data
Measurements entered into a calculator are processed in your browser to display the result. RenoScribe does not currently send or save those measurements on a server.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
The current version does not include analytics, advertising networks or marketing cookies. It contains a passive ownership-verification meta tag for the existing Silverback Studio Google AdSense account; that tag does not load Google advertising code, set cookies or serve advertisements. Before any advertising or analytics service is enabled, this policy and the site consent controls must be updated to describe the providers, purposes, retention and choices available to you.
Hosting logs
RenoScribe is hosted on Netlify Pro. Netlify may process request data such as IP address, browser information, time and requested page to deliver and secure the service and provide observability. Netlify's current documentation states that function logs are retained for at least 24 hours and up to 7 days on certain plans; retention varies by log type and plan. RenoScribe's application code does not add analytics, custom request logging or log drains.
International transfers
Because Netlify is a United States provider, request and security data may be processed in the United States. Netlify states that it relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914) where appropriate and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. These are the provider's stated safeguards; see Netlify's privacy policy for current details.
