Governing law and jurisdiction
To the extent these Terms govern a contract, they are governed by French law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer protection that applies under the law of a consumer's country of habitual residence. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
